These Terms of Service (“Terms”) apply when you download or use Bloompill: Cycle Tracker (“Bloompill”), provided by The Salty Pistachio LTD (“Salty Pistachio”, “we”, “us”). By using Bloompill, you agree to these Terms.
The service
Bloompill provides cycle, symptom, flow, and pill tracking, reminders, predictions, and related informational features. Basic cycle and pill tracking remains free. Some additional features require Bloompill+.
Bloompill is not a medical device and does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, treatment, contraception guidance, or emergency services. Predictions are estimates based on the information you enter and may be inaccurate. Do not rely on Bloompill to prevent pregnancy or make urgent medical decisions. Seek advice from a qualified healthcare professional when needed.
Bloompill+ subscriptions
Bloompill+ offers monthly and yearly auto-renewable subscriptions. Prices are shown in the app using the App Store price for your storefront. Eligible new subscribers may be offered a seven-day free trial when Apple shows that offer on the purchase screen.
Payment is charged to your Apple Account when you confirm a purchase. A subscription renews automatically unless you cancel it at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Apple may charge your account for renewal within 24 hours before the current period ends. You can manage or cancel a subscription in your Apple Account settings. Any refund request is handled under Apple’s applicable policies.
Deleting Bloompill does not cancel a subscription. Use Restore Purchases in the app to restore an eligible active entitlement on your device.
Your data and device
You are responsible for the information you enter and for keeping your device secure. Bloompill stores its current profile and tracking data on your device. If you export or share a report, you choose and are responsible for the destination.
Acceptable use
You may use Bloompill for your personal, lawful purposes. You may not misuse the app, interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorized access, extract its source code except where the law expressly permits, or infringe our or another person’s rights.
Bloompill and its branding, design, software, and original content are owned by or licensed to Salty Pistachio and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
Availability and changes
We may improve, update, add, or remove features, and operating system or App Store changes may affect availability. We may stop providing the app or a feature where reasonably necessary. We do not promise that Bloompill will always be uninterrupted or error-free.
Disclaimer and responsibility
To the extent permitted by law, Bloompill is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties that are not expressly stated in these Terms. Salty Pistachio is not responsible for decisions made solely from predictions or tracking information, loss caused by an insecure or unavailable device, or services and destinations you choose outside Bloompill. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits rights or liability that cannot legally be excluded or limited.
Ending use
You may stop using and delete Bloompill at any time. Subscription cancellation is handled separately through your Apple Account. We may suspend access where use materially violates these Terms or where required by law.
Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms when the app, business, or legal requirements change. We will publish updated Terms on this page and change the effective date above. Continued use after an update means the revised Terms apply.
