Fantasy Mate Terms of Use

These terms apply to your use of the Fantasy Mate mobile app and related support pages provided by The Salty Pistachio LTD (“we”, “us” or “our”). By using the app, you agree to these terms.
Independent fantasy-football app
Fantasy Mate is an independent product. It is not endorsed by, sponsored by, associated with or affiliated with the Premier League, Fantasy Premier League, its clubs or their owners. Names, statistics and other third-party material belong to their respective owners.
Using Fantasy Mate
You may use the app for personal, non-commercial purposes in accordance with these terms and applicable law. You are responsible for entering the correct FPL team ID and for decisions you make using the app.
You must not misuse the service, attempt to gain unauthorised access, interfere with its operation, scrape it at unreasonable scale, reverse engineer protected parts except where law permits, submit unlawful content, impersonate another person or use Fantasy Mate to infringe another person’s rights.
Recommendations and football information
Player data, fixtures, availability and recommendations are informational. Football data can change quickly and third-party sources may be delayed, unavailable or inaccurate. Fantasy Mate does not guarantee points, player performance, transfers, rankings, financial outcomes or uninterrupted availability. Check official FPL information before making a decision.
Premium subscriptions
Fantasy Mate may offer monthly and annual auto-renewable Premium subscriptions. The price and billing period shown in the app at purchase are controlling. Payment is charged to your Apple ID when you confirm the purchase.
A subscription renews automatically unless it is cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Apple may charge the renewal within 24 hours before that period ends. You can manage or cancel in Apple’s subscription settings. You can use Restore purchase in the app for an eligible existing subscription.
Deleting the Fantasy Mate app or deleting your Fantasy Mate account does not cancel an Apple subscription. Refunds and billing disputes are handled under Apple’s applicable policies and consumer law.
Advertising
Eligible free users may see advertising. Advertising availability and content are provided through third-party ad services and do not represent our endorsement of an advertiser.
Your account and deletion
Fantasy Mate may create an anonymous technical account after you add a team or use account-based features. You are responsible for activity from your device. You can permanently delete the account and linked app data from Settings → Your data → Delete account.
Availability and changes
We may maintain, change, suspend or discontinue features when reasonably necessary for security, legal, technical or business reasons. We may update these terms and will provide notice where required. Continuing to use the app after an effective update means you accept the revised terms, unless law requires another form of consent.
Intellectual property
We and our licensors retain rights in Fantasy Mate’s software, design, branding and original content. These terms grant only a limited, revocable, non-transferable right to use the app for personal purposes.
Liability
Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded, including liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation or death or personal injury caused by negligence. Subject to that, Fantasy Mate is provided on an “as available” basis, and we are not responsible for indirect or unforeseeable loss, loss caused by third-party services, or decisions made from football recommendations.
If you are a consumer, your mandatory rights remain unaffected.
Apple terms
Your use of the iOS app is also subject to Apple’s applicable App Store terms. To the extent applicable, Apple’s Standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement is incorporated into these terms. Apple is not responsible for providing support for Fantasy Mate.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. If you are a consumer, you may also have the benefit of mandatory protections and courts in your home country.
