Help with setup, recommendations, subscriptions and your account.
Getting started
Fantasy Mate uses your public FPL team ID to load your squad. In the app, open Settings, add your numeric FPL team ID, then switch to that account. Shortly before a new season or before a gameweek deadline, FPL may not make a squad public yet; try again after the deadline has passed.
Recommendations and data
Recommendations depend on current FPL data, fixtures, player availability and the preferences you choose for Frank. They are informational and cannot guarantee points or rank changes. Pull down to refresh or check again when FPL data has updated.
Premium subscriptions
Use Restore purchase on the Premium screen if an active subscription is not recognised. You can manage or cancel a subscription from Apple’s subscription settings. Deleting your Fantasy Mate account does not cancel an Apple subscription.
Delete your account and data
Open Settings → Your data → Delete account. After confirmation, Fantasy Mate permanently deletes the account and the app data linked to it, including saved team information, preferences, recommendations, quiz scores and notification tokens.
Notifications and advertising choices
You can control notifications in iOS Settings. Where required, the app also shows Ad privacy choices in Fantasy Mate Settings.
