Crevli Privacy Policy

Crevli Privacy Policy

Crevli is a graphic design app operated by The Salty Pistachio LTD. Earlier versions were called Graphic Design Maker or AttoP. This policy explains how we handle information when you create designs, use AI, sign in, save to the cloud or subscribe. Contact us at info@thesaltypistachio.com.

Information you provide

  • Account information: your email address, account identifier and the profile details supplied by your chosen email, Apple or Google sign-in method. Apple may provide a private relay email address. Password authentication is handled by Firebase Authentication; passwords are not stored in design documents.
  • Your designs: text, imported photos and artwork, generated images, design layouts, brand preferences and calendar ideas. Guest designs are saved on your device. Signing in enables account-specific cloud saving and recovery; assets needed for those features are uploaded to your private cloud workspace.
  • Support messages: information you choose to send when asking for help. Please avoid sending passwords, payment details or other unnecessary sensitive information.

AI features and photos

When you request an AI feature, the relevant prompt, design context, brand preferences or selected layers are sent through our backend to OpenAI. An attached photo is sent when needed for the AI feature you choose. The app explains this sharing before generation. Importing a photo does not by itself authorize creating a replacement likeness. Review AI results before using or sharing them, and only upload material you have permission to use.

We use OpenAI’s API for these requests. OpenAI processes requests under its applicable API terms, account settings and retention policies. Crevli account deletion does not necessarily immediately remove provider security or abuse-monitoring records. See OpenAI’s privacy information.

Subscriptions and usage measurement

Apple or Google handles store payments. We do not receive your full card number. Qonversion processes purchase identifiers, subscription status, store/product information and an account identifier so we can verify purchases, restore access and allocate credits. See Qonversion’s privacy policy.

Our backend records AI requests, completion or failure, credits reserved, spent or refunded, model/quality settings and provider token counters where available. These records help provide the service, prevent double charging, resolve failures and understand average consumption. Subscription status and test/trial information help separate real paid usage from testing. Records are associated with your account; reports prepared for consumption analysis contain aggregate measurements.

Service providers and security

Google Firebase/Google Cloud provides authentication, private cloud storage, database services, app-integrity checks and backend hosting. Apple and Google provide the sign-in and store services you choose. OpenAI provides requested AI processing, and Qonversion provides subscription verification and analytics. These providers may process operational information such as IP address, device/app information, account identifiers and security logs. Processing may occur outside your country. We use authenticated access, account ownership controls and encrypted connections to protect information. No internet or storage system is completely secure. We do not sell your designs or make private workspaces public. Exporting or sharing a design sends it to the destination you select, whose privacy practices then apply.

Optional services and older versions

The current Crevli release keeps optional advertising attribution and direct social-network publishing disabled while their consent and provider setup are incomplete. Earlier versions may use AppsFlyer for install attribution and app engagement measurements, which can include device identifiers and technical information. See AppsFlyer’s privacy information. We will update the relevant controls and disclosures before enabling additional data uses.

Retention, export and deletion

Designs remain on your device until you remove them or clear the app’s data. Cloud account information and content are retained to operate your account and provide recovery until you delete them or request account deletion. Operational, transaction and security records may need to be retained for fraud prevention, accounting, dispute resolution or legal obligations, including records held by store and service providers.

You can export your workspace from the account screen. To delete your Crevli account, sign in recently, open Account and choose Delete account. This removes your cloud designs, assets, brand/workspace information and authentication account. A minimal deletion marker remains to prevent delayed requests from recreating deleted data. Account deletion does not cancel an App Store or Google Play subscription: cancel it separately in your store settings. Posts or files you have already shared elsewhere remain with those destinations. You can also contact us for help with access, correction or deletion requests.

Your choices

You may use local editing without creating an account. Sign-in, AI processing and cloud features require the information needed to provide them. Photo/camera permissions are requested for the features you select and can be changed in device settings. Do not include unnecessary personal or sensitive information in prompts or artwork. Crevli is not directed to children under 13; a parent or guardian can contact us about a child’s information.
